Or...How to use SEO copy writing to teach Google to come when you call.

SEO or, search engine optimization, is the art of making the most of your internet real estate.  Traffic is just as important for opt in MLM lead generation as it is for straight up sales.  And it works in much the same way as training a dog.  

Repetition and reward.

If you consistently publish interesting and relevant articles on topics the search engines need content for they will eventually learn to come running when ever you publish.  It's that simple.

And when people come running thru your website... building an opt in MLM lead list is as easy as pie.

Seriously... this is how to generate your own leads.  It all comes down to traffic. Of course you could spend tons of cash on buying traffic.  But the whole point of SEO copy writing is to get target free traffic from the search engines.  So...

Now for the hard part...  How do you know what content Google needs?

Well, you have to find the right keywords.  Not just the topic, the EXACT keyword that is being underserved.

Internet marketing is governed by the same principals as the rest of the business world... Supply and Demand.  It doesn't matter how many folks are searching for a keyword if there are twice the number for folks supplying information about that "specific" keyword it will be next to impossible to get found.  It's kinda like tracking one specific "crow" in a whole flock of them.  Nearly impossible.

So what's the answer?  Find the low hanging fruit.

That is, find the keywords that have a decent number of folks looking for them, but not many people supplying pages for them. 

An example of such a keyword that I recently used is "Chocolate Fondue Recipes".  Now, this keyword had well over 12,500 folks searching for it each month but less than 300 pages on the internet written about that specific keyword.

Now so you see how important a few letters are... the keyword "chocolate fondue" had a few thousand more folks searching for it (around 22,000 in all) but there were well over 8,000 pages supplying information on that keyword.

Do you see the difference?

• 12,500 folks choosing from only 300 sources for "chocolate fondue recipes"
• 22.000 folks choosing from over 8,000 sources for "chocolate fondue"
  

Which one is more likely to be seen?

Yep, it's gonna be like shooting fish in a barrel.  As a matter of fact, one of the pages I wrote called "Chocolate Fondue Recipes & Attraction Marketing" was listed on Google and receiving traffic within 3 hours of posting it!

The search engines are literally "Starving" for good quality (and I can't emphasize quality enough... ya'll know the net is chalk full of junk) information on millions of underused keywords.

Your job as an internet marketer is to play Sherlock Holmes and FIND those golden keywords and put them to use.  I assure you Google, Yahoo and MSN (along with all the other search engines out there) will thank you for being a SEO copy writing sluth.  After all, they are in the information business.  If you provide a valuable product (your content) in an under served market (on high demand low supply keywords) they will snatch it up gratefully and send tons of targeted traffic your way just chomping at the bit to get on your MLM lead list.

So you see... being an SEO guru and teaching Google to come when you call is much like being the dog whisperer...

Develop a pattern of handing out rewards (quality information people are looking for) to the search engines when they come to your door (spider your site) and they'll be literally sitting at your door waiting for a hand out.  If you get really good at it they might sit up and beg... but I doubt it.
